The check-in process was simple. The room included tea, biscuits, and utensils which i found useful. I had my own bathroom with a large mirror. A nearby Tesco made getting supplies easy, and driving to the Titanic Museum was fast. The keycode access was very convenient, as I didn't need to carry keys.
The duvet was very thin, and there was no extra blanket available. I was cold during the night

The staff provided clear instructions on parking, helpful. They checked to ensure i had everything i needed . Communication from the hosts both before and after my stay was good.

The room was clean and modern on the ground floor, i noticed it was quiet. A mini fridge was provided. The bathroom was good. A tv was available with a lot of features.

The shared kitchen downstairs had cutlery, crockery, and a microwave. There was a bus stop close. i saw the hotel had signs to be quiet. The hotel was very quiet. Parking was available at the building.

I found some issues . the walls seemed quite thin. Noise from the hallway and other rooms disturbed my sleep. additionally, the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. this led to a damp feeling after showering..

the self check-in process was smooth! i received the door code via email a few days before i arrived. the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. i slept so well during my entire stay.
the furniture looked very basic, it felt a bit underwhelming.
